In partnership with the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH), we are providing assistance to first-time homebuyers through the Arizona is Home (AIH) Program.
The AIH Program offers up to $30,000 in financial assistance when you purchase a home in Arizona. We’re offering this assistance as a silent second mortgage due upon sale. The funds can be used to cover your down payment, closing costs, and/or interest rate buydown.
To qualify, your total income must be less than 120% the Area Median Income (AMI) and you cannot have owned a property within the past three years.
In addition, you must attend an 8-hour homebuyer education class and meet one-on-one with an HUD certified Home Ownership Advisor.
