Chicanos Por La Causa operates a rapid rehousing program aimed at swiftly transitioning individuals and families out of homelessness. Clients seeking assistance through this program are required to enter via the coordinated entry system, ensuring equitable access and efficient allocation of resources.
To inquire about our housing and shelter options you must first go through Coordinated Entry. All families and single clients should call 211 for assistance.
We prevent social isolation and promote aging in place for low-income seniors living at home by providing supportive services that help them maintain their independence and reduce Medicare/Medicaid costs.
